We explain the artisan elaboration of Spanish ham,if you respect the nuture it will respect you back.

The "artisan elaboration" of spanish ham respects the environment and ancestral traditions.We avoid artificial additives in the process wich are harmful for the environmet and for the human being, and try to develop a process using only pork meat and ecological salt.

The weather in the place where our factory is located provides perfect temperature and humidity levels wich are crucial for the last 12 months when the ham  cure room temperature in our natural cellars.

On the picture we show our wonderful mountains wich are called "sierra de la Pila", they play an important roll to perform best quality together with the quality of the pork meat we use(we talk about it in other post).

We want to end up marking that our product contains no additives, nor colorants, nor gluten,nor lactose, it´s just pork meat and salt cured for 18 months,12 of wich in natural cellars room temperature,humidity and temperature are all times under control.

We pleasantly invite you to discover our product and if posible we wait you at our factory to make a tour in it.
